A bit about Strike: The sweet little Strike is a happy boy! He gets excited to see everyone, including new people. He happily greets you with a tail wag. Even though he is an excitable little man, he does have a very calm side. Once he has said hello and had a fuss he will just sit down, happy to be included.
When on his walks he enjoys exploring, he’s happy to potter around taking in all the smells. He isn’t bothered by toys but does enjoy treats! We think Strike would make the perfect addition to a family, either with children or without.
When he was handed in, we were informed he has chronic tracheal collapse. This isn’t something we have noticed in the kennels, and it doesn’t seem to bother him. He will get a full h/c before leaving and any vet notes can be sent over. We would recommend keeping him at a good weight and if he starts to get a cough then manage it with a course of antibiotics.
Does he like other dogs: Strike has been fine with other dogs; he doesn’t pay them too much attention.
Children in the home: Any children in the home would need to be 6 and over.
