A bit about Mickey: The lovely lurcher, Mickey, has ended up in our care through no fault of his own. Sadly, Mickeys owner has passed away so this leaves him without a home. Mickey gets separation anxiety so is struggling with the loss of his companion.
Mickey is very people focused. He loves nothing more than having a big cuddle! Mickey is looking for a home where he can get a lot of love and a sofa to lounge on!
Mickey is an anxious boy; he needs a lot of reassurance. He would probably benefit from a busy household, with lots going on and a lot of people.
Does he like other dogs: He is unsure around other dogs- he much prefers people. We think he would be okay with dogs if careful introductions are done.
Children and other animals in the home: any children in the home would need to be 12+- this is purely due to his size. Mickey used to live with cats, so we imagine he would be fine to live with them again.
