A bit about Lyra: Lyra Is a sweet old lady. She has been left straying at the age of 13! She has got a lot of lumps and bumps, she has been checked by a vet, and they said they are fatty lumps due to her age.
Lyra loves playing with squeaky toys. She also loves treats! She can sit and give paw. She does get a little overwhelmed in unfamiliar situations and will bark if she’s unsure what’s going on- she does look for reassurance and will accept lots of cuddles and reassurance. Lexi is very comfortable with being handled.
Lyra is looking for a calm home; she would love to go out for little potters around the block- she does really like exploring. She spends a lot of her time in a comfy bed watching the world go by.
Does she like other dogs: She has been okay with other dogs; due to her age we think she would be better with a home without other animals.
Children in the home: Any children in the home will need to be 8+
