A bit about Lenny: The lovely Lenny came into our care after being handed into a vet. Lenny was in a poor state – extremely, terrible skin and very long nails. He has now finished his skin treatment and is at a health weight! He does have a bit of hair loss and a few missing teeth, but this doesn’t seem to bother him.
Lenny has gained a lot of confidence in the last 3 months we have had him! He is a very loving dog; he looks for human reassurance and lots of cuddles. Lenny loves play time! He loves jumping around playing with toys- any toys hes not fussy, but his favourite is probably soft, fluffy toys.
Lenny is very well behaved in his kennel, so he is potentially crate trained. He can pull a bit on the lead but isn’t necessary overly strong for a big dog.
Does he like other dogs: Lenny Loves to play with dogs, especially the ladies! (or his Lady ‘Star’ our newbie). If he was to live with another dog, they would need to be able to tell Lenny enough is enough.
Children and other animals in the home: any children in the home would need to be 10+ We are unsure if he has met any cats.
